Erich Rapp is a partner in the Baton Rouge office of the Kean Miller Law Firm. He joined the firm in 1987 and practices in the areas of state and local taxation, public policy and government affairs, state and local business incentives and commercial litigation with an emphasis on internet, software and technology issues, asbestos litigation and toxic tort litigation. As a matter of public service, Erich is an expert in and a long time advocate of the restoration of Louisiana's coastal wetlands. Erich is the publisher of a well-respected blog on Louisiana coastal issues -- www.louisianacoastalwetlands.com. Erich is a founder of the Louisiana Internet Software and Technology Association ("LISTA"), a trade association providing public policy and government affairs assistance and also assistance with state and local business incentives to member companies. Jeffery Corey has been in the information technology industry for over 20 years. His primary expertise is in software developer and project management. In those 20 years, Jeffery has been a part of some innovative projects developed for the PC, Client/Server and Web platforms environments.
In addition to his duties at LISTA, Jeffrey is currently a partner in RiffSoft, LLC. He also has other business interest throughout the state of Louisiana. |

Phyllis Sims is Of Counsel to the Baton Rouge office of Kean Miller Law Firm. She joined the firm in 2000 and practices in the governmental affairs, legislative, administrative and tax practice groups.
Phyllis practices primarily in the state and local tax area with an emphasis on Louisiana state and local tax planning, incentive programs, tax litigation, and legislative matters. She represents local, state, national, and international clients in Louisiana taxation matters, and represents some of Louisiana's most prominent businesses in governmental, legislative and regulatory matters. |
